Main Courses

Korma Dishes (Very Mild & Sweet)

These dishes are cooked in very mild spices with fresh cream, ground almonds, coconut flour and sugar

Malayan Dishes (Medium to Mild)

This dish is cooked in a medium sauce with pineapple and bananas with a touch of fresh cream.

Preparation of Chicken, Lamb, Prawn or King Prawn, briskly fried with Pilau Rice and light spices. Garnished with boiled egg, cucumber, tomatoes and served with a medium vegetable curry sauce.

Madras / Vindaloo (Fairly / Very Hot)

A fairly / very hot curry prepared from a blend of hot spices with a dash of fresh lemon juice.

Saag Dishes (Medium)

This dish is cooked in a fairly dry sauce with fresh spinach, onions and tomatoes.

Balti Dishes (Medium)

Balti dishes are cooked twice. Firstly, they are marinated and barbecued in the tandoor and then they are cooked in a sizzling wok with the sauce made from specially selected spices and herbs, cooked with capsicum, onions and tomatoes. Garnished with cucumber, fresh coriander and served with Pilau Rice or Naan bread.

Dhansak Dishes (Hot / Sweet & Sour)

Prepared in a slightly hot blend of curry sauce with lentils, fresh lemon juice and pineapple with a touch of sugar.

Rogan Josh Dishes (Medium)

This dish is cooked in a medium blend of spices and condiments. To add to the taste of this dish it is garnished with briskly fried tomatoes and herbs.

Bhuna Dishes (Medium)

Fairly dry curry cooked in a medium sauce with tomatoes, onions and green herbs.

Tandoori Specialities

Tandoori dishes are marinated overnight in yoghurt, lemon juice, fresh ginger, green herbs and garam mossala, skewered and barbecued in the tandoor. Served with green salad and mint yoghurt sauce.

Tandoori Mossala Dishes (Mild)

These dishes are cooked twice. Firstly, they are marinated overnight, skewered and barbecued in the tandoor and then cooked in specially prepared tandoori sauce, with fresh cream, ground almonds, coconut flour and sultanas. Garnished with fresh coriander, almond flakes and fresh cream.
